Memory Board

Those of you that have attended our walks in the past know that we have a memory board where we honor those that have lost their battle with PKD.  If you have a picture of a loved one that you would like on the memory board, please email it to sanantoniowalk@pkdcure.org.  You could also bring a picture to the walk and place it on the board.

The Fight To Stop PKD

One of our chapter members clued me onto Facebook group "The Fight To Stop PKD".  If you are a Facebook member, you can access the group by clicking on the title of this post and ask to be a friend. From what I have seen, this is a very good site to interact with people that are concerned about PKD.

Entertainment For The Walkers

Hey Gang,

In planning for our September 24th walk, the planning committee would like to have some sort of entertainment for the walkers at the mid point for the 5K.   We will have a water station there and we thought it would be neat to have some sort of entertainment to encourage the walkers and just have a little fun activity for them.  We are good about ideas but need some help with execution.  Anyone out there that would like to volunteer as "entertainers" or know of someone that would like to volunteer their time for us that morning?  If so, please leave us a comment here and we will follow up.
